Intermediate range from Brûlerie du Quai , our Prestige Collection brings together Single Origin and Assemblage coffees with tasting notes between 85 and 87. Almost all the famous terroirs of the world are represented in this collection, from Africa to Latin America.

Réserve Sélecte is the collection that brings together all our coffees with tasting scores above 88 . This is therefore our collection of “ grands crus ” coffees whose quality of beans is matched only by the rarity and complexity of their aromas.
