Teas

Tea is a drink prepared from the leaves of the tea plant. The different oxidation and fermentation methods result in different tea colors: green (non-oxidized), white (weakly oxidized), Oolong or blue (intermediate oxidation), black (complete oxidation), yellow (light fermentation) and dark (long maturation).
