It was in 2005 that the adventure of Brûlerie du Quai began, motivated by the owner's desire to settle in a resort area whose tranquility is conducive to family life.

A café-boutique extended by a large terrace (for a total capacity of more than sixty seats), an online store, two product lines (cocoa and coffee), a most modern roasting workshop, a subscription program for batches of "grands crus" coffees as well as a section of professional supplies and utensils for coffeeshops: La Brûlerie du Quai is now the collection of all these projects (not counting future projects).
