Modification or cancellation of orders

Order tracking
Once orders are completed (paid), we typically prepare them within 24 to 48 business hours. (Some orders received very early in the morning may occasionally be prepared the same day.)
Our automated system will send you a confirmation and tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

We offer free weekly delivery service (once a week) with our truck for businesses and companies located between Campbellton (NB) and Chandler (QC).

We offer a simple service that saves you time. Order online and save on delivery costs by picking up your order directly at our branch at 200 Route du Quai, Carleton-sur-Mer, Quebec G0C 1J0.
International delivery
We can ship to the United States, several European countries, and elsewhere in the world.
