That's the impetus behind this Ecocert Canada-certified organic blend, carefully crafted to explore the balance between aromatic depth and clarity of expression. Ideal for filter coffeemakers. Excellent performance also in espresso, French press and Aeropress.

Roasting approach

Medium profile, designed for complete caramelization without altering the primary nuances of the bean. Each component is roasted separately, then assembled with precision to preserve aromatic integrity.

Sensory profile

A smooth, structured and enveloping coffee. In the cup, a velvety texture, accompanied by notes of roasted hazelnut, dry cocoa, sweet spices and a slightly rustic character. Moderate acidity, balanced and warm.

Note that the exact region of origin of this coffee changes occasionally depending on arrivals and our available inventories. However, the components of the blend are optimized to achieve the aromatic profile of the blend.
