Designed for espresso lovers at any time of day. A precise, balanced cup without the caffeine. Decaffeination with the Swiss Water® Process: a 100% natural process, without chemical solvents. Thanks to a principle of osmosis and filtration using pure water, this method removes 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the essential aromatic compounds of the bean.

Roasting approach

Medium profile optimized for espresso. A precise curve designed to develop sugars and maximize roundness and length in the mouth.

Sensory profile

A decaffeinated espresso with round, enveloping aromas. Gourmet profile marked by notes of hot caramel, cream and cocoa. Smooth texture, low acidity and persistent finish.

Process : washed, mechanically sorted, decaffeinated with the SWP method (Swiss water process, which uses carbon filters and distilled water baths)
