Roasting approach

Dark profile, the most intense in our collection (along with Réveil Zombie). The development curve is designed to bring out the aromatic compounds typical of deep roasts, while ensuring stable extraction.

Sensory profile

A powerful, enveloping cup, marked by notes of bitter cocoa, dark earth, anise, tobacco and a hint of smoke. For lovers of filter coffees with a robust structure, heavy body and no acidity.
