Refined chocolate dipping sauce, designed for coating soft cream and frozen desserts.
Made from a blend of Trinitario, Ecuadorian Nacional, Venezuelan Criollo, and hybrid beans, this 62% dark chocolate seduces with its aromatic balance, natural sweetness, and intense cocoa flavor. Notes of honey, dried fruit, and passion fruit.

Packaging

Prepared in our workshop, then vacuum sealed in food pouches to guarantee freshness, safety and ease of use.

Use

Always heat directly in the sealed bag. Two possible methods:

a) In hot water : Submerge the pouch in a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until the soaking liquid is completely melted.

b) In the microwave : Heat in 30-second intervals, kneading the bag well between each pass until a smooth texture is obtained.*

Do not overheat.

* Less recommended because of the particles of microplastics who can  himself create.
