Chocolate dip with an intense and slightly bitter taste, ideal for coating soft cream and frozen desserts.
Made from 70% cocoa dark chocolate, sourced from Trinitario beans grown in the Sambirano region of northwest Madagascar. A powerful, yet not overpowering, chocolate profile with a lovely lingering finish.


Packaging

The product is prepared in our workshop, then vacuum-sealed in food pouches to ensure freshness, safety and ease of use.


Use

Always heat directly in the sealed bag. Two possible methods:

  1. In hot water : Submerge the pouch in a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until the soaking liquid is completely melted.

  2. Microwave : Heat in 30-second intervals, kneading the bag well between each pass, until a smooth texture is obtained.

Do not overheat. Store at room temperature in a dry place. Reseal tightly after each use.
