Chocolate caramel dip designed for coating soft serve and frozen desserts.
Made from roasted skim milk white chocolate, this dip develops rounded notes of brown caramel, baked cream, and warm sugar.
A smooth texture when hot, crunchy when cold, ideal for adding a golden, delicious touch to your ice cream creations.

Packaging

The product is prepared in our workshop, then vacuum-sealed in food pouches to ensure freshness, safety and ease of use.

Use

Always heat directly in the sealed bag. Two possible methods:

  1. In hot water : Submerge the pouch in a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until the soaking liquid is completely melted.

  2. Microwave : Heat in 30-second intervals, kneading the bag well between each pass until a smooth texture is obtained.

Do not overheat. Store at room temperature in a dry place. Reseal tightly after use.
