This cocoa powder is the result of the fine grinding of the cocoa mass following the pressing of a blend of “ Trinitario ” and “ Amazónico ” variety cocoa beans transformed into liqueur.
These beans grow in the beautiful lands of Venezuela, in the north of South America and facing the Caribbean Sea.
This version is of the “Dutch process” type, therefore alkalized to a balanced pH.
