This coffee blend is designed exclusively for the La Pétrie bakery in Bonaventure. Optimized for a comforting, round and robust espresso experience. Containing three separately roasted beans, this coffee packs aromas of blueberries, leather, tobacco and smoke, all in a heavy, syrupy texture. Rich with a lingering ending,  this assembly  makes perfect espressos for cappuccinos and lattes.
