Chocolate made from beans grown in the Ucayali River region of Peru, a region that has won awards at the International Chocolate Awards but is still little known due to its limited production.

Thanks to a partnership between USAID and Alianza Peru, this sustainable crop is supported by a collective of around 400 small-scale producers, guaranteeing high-quality beans and responsible production.
