70% dark chocolate made from organic cocoa grown in the Dominican Republic (San Francisco de Macoris, Cibao) and Guatemala (Alta Verapaz).

Blend of Trinitario, Nacional, Criollo and hybrid varieties.

Rich profile with notes of tropical fruit, honey and toasted nuts, with a slight acidity. Multiple origins for a complex, distinctive taste.
